KARACHI (Dunya News):-While addressing a delegation of PAF War College on Saturday, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that the apex court would continue its struggle for rule of law in the country.He added that new judicial policy remained successful and he is taking feedback in order to refine it for better results.Chief Justice made it clear that the Supreme Court can take direct notice of any issue for public welfare without any hurdle and hesitation.He said that it is responsibility of the court to defend the constitution of the land for consolidation of democratic system.Throwing light on judicial review, the chief justice said that it aims at discouraging rulers and executive to violate rules and regulations of the institutions.
